Cancellation Policy

If we cant resolve the issue your appointment was scheduled for, we will only charge a trip charge of $50.00 (The appointment charge listed is only the trip charge). Trips are located within 30 miles of Villa Hills KY. Trips exceeding the 30 mile limit will be an additional $1.50 per mile. (this is calculated on shortest distance on Google Maps from Meadow View Drive in Villa Hills KY.
